We offer a 30-day return policy on most mineral specimens. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition with all documentation.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original condition with no damage or modifications
- Include all original packaging, documentation, and certificates
- Not a custom order or specially sourced specimen
- Under $100,000 in value (high-value items require case-by-case approval)
Refund Process
1. Request Authorization
Contact us at returns@luxuryminerals.com to request a return authorization number.
2. Ship the Item
Package the item securely using appropriate materials and ship it to our return address.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Inspection
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition.
4. Refund Issued
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will arrange for return shipping at our expense and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom orders and specially sourced specimens
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Specimens over $100,000 (unless defective)
- Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative from our collection.
