By accessing and using Luxury Minerals' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Wholesale Requirements

Our services are primarily intended for wholesale buyers, collectors, and institutions. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and may require appropriate documentation for wholesale purchases.

Product Authenticity

All mineral specimens are guaranteed authentic and come with appropriate documentation. Any treatments, enhancements, or repairs are fully disclosed. We provide certificates of authenticity for specimens over $10,000.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment terms include:

• Full payment required for orders under $25,000
• Net 30 terms available for established wholesale accounts
• Deposits required for custom orders and rare specimens
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, value, and shipping method. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are significantly not as described. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part. Custom orders and specimens over $100,000 are non-returnable unless defective.

Limitation of Liability

Luxury Minerals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
